Santander Consumer USA Inc. is seeking a Teller in the United States to assist customers, handle deposits and withdrawals, and process transfers.

You will deliver exceptional service, maintain accurate cash handling, and comply with risk and policy procedures across shifts. The role requires a High school diploma or GED, 6+ months of cash handling and customer service experience, with potential weekend/evening hours.

Qualifications

6+ Months Cash Handling experience.
6+ Months Demonstrated customer service experience.
Excellent customer service skills and a passion for helping others.
Ability to identify and elevate concerns of risk to appropriate channels.

Responsabilités

Provide exceptional customer service by welcoming customers and assisting with banking needs.
Process deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
Handle cash and balance cash drawer accurately.
Adhere to bank policies and risk management procedures to prevent fraud.
Recognize opportunities and cross-sell bank products to deepen relationships.
Educate customers on self-service tools and digital channels.
Assist with custodianship, audits, and other operational tasks.
Maintain a clean, welcoming work area; support nearby branches when needed.
