• Comfortable using digital tools and technology to engage customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide an elevated level of customer service by welcoming customers and assisting with banking needs.
• Process transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
• Handle cash and maintain accurate cash drawer balances.
• Adhere to bank policies, procedures, and risk management to prevent fraud.
• Recognize opportunities and cross-sell bank products to deepen customer relationships.
• Educate customers on self-service options using digital tools.
• Assist with custodianship, audits, and other operational tasks.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and welcoming environment.
• Support nearby branches as needed.
