Santander Consumer USA Inc. is seeking a Teller to assist customers with a range of banking needs, process deposits, withdrawals and transfers, and maintain accurate cash drawer balances.

You will deliver exceptional customer service, follow policies, manage risk, and look for opportunities to cross-sell products while educating customers on digital self-service tools. Flexibility to work weekends/evenings is expected.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months cash handling experience required.
• 6+ months customer service experience required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to identify and elevate risk to appropriate channels.
• Ability to follow directions, policies, and procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Provide an elevated level of customer service by welcoming customers and assisting with banking needs.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
• Handle cash and maintain accurate cash drawer balances.
• Adhere to bank policies, procedures, risk management, and compliance to prevent fraud.
• Recognize opportunities and cross-sell bank products to deepen relationships.
• Educate customers on self-service digital tools.
• Assist with custodianship, audits, and other operational tasks.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area for a welcoming environment.
• Responsibilities may extend to supporting nearby branch locations.
