Qualifications

• 6+ months cash handling experience
• 6+ months demonstrated customer service experience
• Excellent customer service skills and a passion for helping others
• Ability to identify and elevate concerns of risk to appropriate channels
• Ability to follow directions, policies, and procedures

Responsibilities

• Provide an elevated level of exceptional customer service by welcoming customers and assisting with banking needs
• Process transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
• Handle cash and maintain accurate cash drawer balances
• Adhere to bank policies and risk management protocols to prevent fraud
• Recognize opportunities and cross-sell bank products to deepen customer relationships
• Engage customers and educate them on self-service options
• Assist with custodianship, audits, and other operational tasks
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, creating a welcoming environment
