Job summary

The role supports cross-selling and uses digital tools to guide customers toward self-service options. Excellent communication, basic math, and attention to detail are essential, with flexibility to work weekends/evenings and a high school diploma as a baseline

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
6+ months cash handling experience required.
6+ months customer service experience required.
Ability to follow policies, procedures and manage risk.
Strong communication and numerical skills.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and assisting with banking needs.
Process deposits, withdrawals, and transfers efficiently.
Handle cash and maintain accurate cash drawer balances.
Adhere to bank policies and risk management procedures to prevent fraud.
Recognize opportunities to cross-sell bank products.
Engage customers using digital tools and educate on self-service options.
Assist with audits, custodianship, and other operational tasks.
Maintain a clean, welcoming branch environment.
Possibly support nearby branches as needed.
