Responsibilities include processing deposits and withdrawals, maintaining a balanced cash drawer, and following risk and compliance procedures. The role may require weekend or evening hours and may support nearby branches.

Qualificações

• 6+ months cash handling experience.
• 6+ months customer service experience.
• Excellent customer service skills and a passion for helping others.
• Ability to identify and elevate concerns of risk to appropriate channels.
• Ability to follow directions, policies, and procedures.
• Effective listening and communication skills.
• Comfortable using digital tools and technology to engage customers.
• Energetic, organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to accuracy and detail.

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional customer service by welcoming customers and addressing banking needs.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
• Maintain accurate cash drawer balances and handle cash.
• Follow bank policies and risk management procedures to prevent fraud.
• Cross-sell bank products to deepen customer relationships.
• Educate customers on digital self-service options.
• Assist with audits and other operational tasks.
• Keep work area clean and welcoming.
• May support nearby branches as needed.
