Job summary

American Red Cross is seeking a Telesales Specialist to drive B2C sales for community training classes and Red Cross Store products. You will handle inbound calls, uncover customer needs, and recommend courses and Retail items.

Role includes processing payments, updating Salesforce records, and hitting annual revenue targets for training and retail. A competitive hourly wage plus commission aligns with location and experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience within a Call Center.
• High school diploma or GED; higher education a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from customers interested in courses or products.
• Uncover customer training and Red Cross Store needs as consultant.
• Recommend and sell Red Cross training classes and Store products.
• Process payments and place orders in Sales systems.
• Document call information in Salesforce accurately.
• Upsell Store products that complement enrollments.
• Handle returns/exchanges per policies.
• Aim to achieve Training revenue of $325K and Retail revenue of $80K annually.
