Job summary

The American Red Cross is seeking a Telesales Specialist, RSG, to drive registrations for community training classes and Red Cross Store products. You will engage customers via inbound calls, assess needs, and guide them to suitable courses and products.

This role emphasizes strong sales and customer service skills in a fast-paced environment. Primary responsibilities include documenting interactions in Salesforce, processing payments, and achieving revenue targets for training and retail

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma/GED; higher education a plus.
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience in a Call Center.
• Ability to multi-task across multi-system platforms.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls for customers interested in Red Cross training courses or Store products.
• Uncover customer training and store product needs as a consultant.
• Recommend and sell Red Cross classes and Store products based on customer needs.
• Process orders and credit card transactions through Sales systems.
