Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience in a call center environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to multi-task across systems.
• Experience in negotiating and influencing customers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls for training courses and store products.
• Consult to uncover customer training and retail needs.
• Recommend and upsell courses and store items based on needs.
• Process credit card transactions and place orders in sales systems.
• Accurately document call information in Salesforce.
• Attend to customer questions and resolve issues promptly.
• Help achieve annual training revenue of $325K and retail $80K.
