Job summary

The American Red Cross is seeking a Telesales Specialist to sell training classes and Store products over the phone. You will handle inbound calls, uncover customer needs, and recommend courses or products while processing orders in Salesforce.

Base pay is $16.15/hr with commission opportunities; role targets revenue of $325K for Training and $80K for Retail annually. Prior call center sales experience is preferred, with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; higher education a plus.
• At least 1 year of sales experience in a call center.
• Ability to multi-task across multiple systems; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls for training and Store products.
• Uncover customer training and Red Cross Store needs.
• Recommend and sell Red Cross training classes and Store products.
• Process credit card transactions and document orders in Salesforce.
• Meet Training revenue of $325K and Retail revenue of $80K per year.
