The American Red Cross is seeking a Telesales Specialist, RSG to drive registrations for community training classes and retail products. You will handle inbound calls, act as a trusted consultant, and tailor recommendations to customer needs in a fast-paced, commission-based environment.

The role offers an hourly wage with commissions, no relocation assistance, and requires strong communication and sales skills in a dynamic, mission-driven setting.

Qualificações

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience within a call center or similar environment.
• Ability to multi-task across multiple systems and platforms.
• Strong influence and negotiation skills are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound calls for customers interested in Red Cross courses or Store products.
• Act as consultant to uncover training and retail needs.
• Recommend and sell courses and Store products based on needs.
• Process payments and place orders via Sales systems.
• Document call information in Salesforce accurately.
• Upsell Store products that complement enrollments.
• Manage returns, exchanges, or cancellations per policies.
• Address questions about classes or products and meet revenue targets.
