The American Red Cross in Honolulu, Hawaii is seeking a Telesales Specialist to sell community training classes and store products to individuals and small businesses. You will use consultative sales to match courses and products to customer needs.

Applicants should have at least 1 year of sales experience in a call center, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Salesforce. The role offers an hourly wage with commission and no relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• 1 year of sales experience in a call center.
• Ability to multi-task across multi-system platforms.
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills.

Responsabilités

• Handle inbound calls for training courses and store products.
• Uncover customer training and Red Cross Store needs.
• Recommend and sell Red Cross training classes and store products.
• Process credit card transactions and place orders in Sales systems.
• Document calls and update Salesforce records.
• Upsell related Red Cross Store products with enrollments.
• Handle returns or exchanges per established policies.
• Answer questions about classes or products.
• Aim to meet Training revenue of $325K and Retail revenue of $80K annually.
