Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from customers interested in courses or Store products.
• Uncover customer training and product needs and recommend solutions.
• Sell training classes and Store products based on customer needs.
• Process transactions and place orders using sales systems.
• Document call details in Salesforce and maintain accurate records.
• Upsell Store products that complement class enrollment.
• Manage returns/exchanges per policies and guidelines.
• Meet annual revenue targets for Training and Retail.
• Address customer questions and concerns about classes or products.
