The American Red Cross is seeking a Telesales Specialist, RSG in New Orleans to sell Red Cross training classes and Store products to individuals and small businesses. The role emphasizes consultative selling, CRM documentation, and hitting revenue targets.

You will handle inbound inquiries, uncover needs, and recommend appropriate courses and retail items while processing orders and payments. A competitive hourly wage plus commissions supports performance in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience in a Call Center.
• Ability to multi-task across multi-system platforms.
• Strong negotiation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound calls for training courses and Store products.
• Uncover customer training and Red Cross Store product needs.
• Recommend and sell Red Cross training classes and Store products.
• Handle transactions and place orders through Sales systems.
• Document calls with required information in Salesforce.
• Upsell Store products to complement class enrollment.
• Manage returns, exchanges or cancellations following policies.
• Answer questions about classes or products.
• Aim to achieve Training revenue of $325K and Retail revenue of $80K per year.
