Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; higher education a plus.
• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience within a call center.
• Ability to multi-task across multi-system platforms.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls for customers interested in courses or Store products.
• Act as consultant to uncover training and retail product needs.
• Recommend and sell classes and Store products based on customer needs.
• Process credit card transactions and place orders in Sales systems.
• Document and update all cases with call information in Salesforce.
• Upsell related Store products to complement enrollments.
• Handle returns, exchanges, or cancellations per policy.
• Address customer questions and concerns about classes or products.
• Aim to attain Training revenue of $325K and Retail revenue of $80K per year.
