Job summary

Piedmont Healthcare is seeking an IT professional to support telehealth initiatives, install and maintain virtual health applications, devices, and peripherals across the network. The role focuses on delivering reliable patient care through technology and collaborating with end users to identify needs.

You will provide Tier 1 on-call support in a 24/7 environment, diagnosing hardware and software issues and delivering both remote and on-site assistance.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED is required.
• Associate degree in IT-related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, install and support new and existing virtual health applications, devices and peripherals.
• Communicate with end users to determine needs, schedule work and provide basic training on hardware and software.
• Provide Tier 1 on-call support in a 24x7 environment, diagnosing and resolving hardware and application-related problems.
