Job summary

Piedmont Healthcare is seeking a Tier 1 IS/IT support specialist to provide phone-based clinical and technical assistance and assist with enterprise system monitoring.

You will handle incident logging, analysis, resolution, and follow-up, focusing on customer service and rapid problem diagnosis. A relevant IT background and HDI certification are valued within a wellness‑oriented benefits culture.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in IT preferred.
• One year of IS customer service or clinical application support required.
• HDI-SCA or HDI Service Center Agent certification preferred.
