Job summary

Ten4 is seeking a Technology Sourcing Specialist to manage quoting and sourcing for connectivity, voice, wireless, and other technology services. You will work closely with Sales, Account Management, and Order Management to understand customer needs, evaluate options, negotiate pricing, and deliver accurate quotes on time.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in telecom order management or technology quoting, plus strong problem solving and communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 3+ years in telecom order management, technology quoting, or carrier sales.
• Understanding of telecom services, pricing, contracts, and provider relationships.
• Strong problem-solving, organization, and communication skills.
• Ability to evaluate telecom requirements, compare solutions, and make recommendations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to use AI resources.
• Authorized to work in the United States; English proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Own quoting and sourcing for connectivity, voice, wireless, and other tech services.
• Confirm customer requirements and resolve gaps with Sales and customers.
• Own each sourcing request from intake to handoff; liaise with providers to move quotes.
• Negotiate rates and terms with carriers and providers to find solutions.
• Build relationships with carriers and partners to improve pricing and options.
• Develop corrective actions to protect schedules and objectives.
• Compare pricing, terms, and alternatives to recommend best solutions.
• Review quotes, contracts, and documents for accurate pricing and billing.
• Coordinate with Order Management to enable implementation.
• Stay current on technology offerings and industry changes.
• Identify internal process improvements to speed sourcing and quoting.
