Job summary

Ten4 is seeking a Technology Sourcing Specialist to manage quoting and sourcing for connectivity and telecom services. The role collaborates with Sales, Account Management, and Order Management to deliver accurate quotes and timely pricing while maintaining provider relationships.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in telecom order management or technology quoting, strong problem-solving, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. This is a full-time remote opportunity with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• 3+ years of experience in telecom order management, technology quoting, carrier sales, or related job.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to evaluate technical requirements of telecom products and services, compare solutions, and make recommendations.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines.
• Professional, proactive and clear communication with customers, providers, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the quoting and sourcing process for connectivity, voice, wireless, and other technology services.
• Confirm customer requirements are complete and technically sound; resolve gaps with internal teams and customers.
• Negotiate rates and terms with providers to identify solutions and pricing; build relationships to improve options.
• Review quotes and contracts for pricing accuracy and service details; coordinate with teams to ensure implementation.
