Job summary

Ten4 is seeking a Technology Sourcing Specialist for a remote, full-time position. You will lead quoting and sourcing for connectivity, voice, wireless, and other technology services, coordinating with Sales and Order Management to deliver timely quotes.

You’ll verify customer requirements, negotiate pricing with carriers, and ensure quotes and contracts meet Ten4 standards while maintaining strong provider relationships. Must be US-authorized and proficient in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in telecom order management, technology quoting, carrier sales, or related job.
• Understanding of telecom services, carrier pricing, contracts, and provider relationships preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to evaluate technical requirements of telecom products and services, compare solutions, and make recommendations.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines.
• Professional, proactive and clear communication style with customers, providers, and internal teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to utilize AI resources at company level.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English proficiently.

Responsibilities

• Own the quoting and sourcing process for connectivity, voice, wireless and tech services.
• Confirm customer requirements are complete and technically sound; resolve gaps with teams.
• Negotiate rates with carriers and providers to identify solutions and pricing.
• Review pricing, terms, and contracts; ensure accuracy and documentation in the portal.
