Job summary

Ten4 is seeking a Technology Sourcing Specialist to own the quoting and sourcing process for connectivity, voice, wireless, and related technology services. You will collaborate with Sales, Account Management, and Order Management to understand customer needs, evaluate options, and deliver accurate quotes on time.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in telecom order management or quoting, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to build carrier relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 3+ years in telecom order management, quoting, or carrier sales.
• Understanding of telecom services, pricing, contracts, and provider relationships.

Responsibilities

• Own the quoting and sourcing process for connectivity, voice, wireless, and other technology services.
• Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, and Order Management to capture customer needs and deliver quotes.
• Negotiate pricing and terms with providers to propose best solutions to customers.
• Review quotes, contracts, and documents for accuracy and update in the system.
• Coordinate with Order Management to ensure information is ready for implementation.
• Stay updated on technology offerings and industry changes.
• Identify and implement process improvements to speed up sourcing and quoting.
