Ten4 is seeking a Technology Sourcing Specialist to manage quoting and sourcing for connectivity, voice, and wireless services. You will collaborate with Sales, Account Management, and Order Management to understand customer needs, evaluate options, and secure competitive pricing.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in telecom quoting/order management, a solid grasp of carrier pricing and contracts, and strong communication skills. Remote work within the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in telecom order management, technology quoting, carrier sales, or related roles.
• Understanding of telecom services, carrier pricing, contracts, and provider relationships preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to evaluate technical requirements and make recommendations.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple requests and deadlines.
• Professional, proactive communication with customers, providers, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the quoting and sourcing process for connectivity, voice, wireless, and other tech services across Ten4’s provider network.
• Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, and Order Management to capture requirements and deliver timely quotes.
• Negotiate pricing and terms with providers to identify best solutions and value for customers.
• Review quotes and contracts to ensure accurate pricing, service details, and billing information.
• Coordinate with Order Management to ensure smooth implementation and keep stakeholders informed.
