Job summary

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of telecom, network operations, or carrier management.
• Experience supporting large multi-site telecom environments.
• Hands-on experience with circuit provisioning and carrier delivery.
• Experience managing telecom vendors and escalations.
• Coordination across engineering and field deployment teams.
• Experience with telecom aggregators and distributed enterprises is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of telecom circuits, including ordering, provisioning, installation, activation, and disconnects.
• Coordinate circuit delivery across field locations to meet project timelines.
• Negotiate pricing and service terms with carriers and aggregators.
• Partner with Field Infrastructure and location management for site readiness and turn‑ups.
• Collaborate with Corporate Networking to align with standards and VLAN strategies.
• Analyze outage trends and provider performance to drive improvements.
• Maintain accurate inventory and governance over telecom assets.
• Lead a 3-5 person telecom provisioning team and drive process standardization.
