Job summary

TransUnion LLC in Reston, VA seeks a Carrier Provisioning Specialist to join our Telecommunications team. You will respond to tickets, process LSRs and CNAM changes, and coordinate order activities across internal and client systems.

The role operates in a hybrid model (2 days per week in the office) under the Customer Support Operations leadership, reporting to a Vice President. A strong background in telecom provisioning is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of telecommunications experience involving LSRs, port-ins/port-outs, and related services.
• Experience in Customer Service, Service Delivery, or Provisioning with focus on service activation.
• Familiarity with provisioning workflows, voice operations, and order management.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve customer support tickets and escalations using established methods.
• Review, process, and manage service requests including LSRs, LOAs, CSRs, and CNAM changes.
• Read Local Service Requests and translate requirements into moves, adds, changes, or disconnects.
• Coordinate tasks across internal systems and vendor/customer teams, tracking orders and deadlines.
• Facilitate daily calls, provide status updates, and communicate delays or changes to customers.
