Job summary

TransUnion LLC in Chicago seeks a Carrier Provisioning Specialist to support telecommunications provisioning, respond to tickets, and manage order types across systems.

You will review LSRs, port-ins/outs, and related records, coordinate with vendors and customers, and ensure timely delivery while upholding service quality in a hybrid work setting.

Candidates should have 5+ years in telecom provisioning, strong analytical skills, and experience with MS Office; associate degree or higher preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in telecommunications involving LSRs, port-ins/port-outs, and related services.
• Experience in customer service, service delivery, or provisioning with strong service focus.
• Understanding of provisioning processes, voice/numbering operations, and order workflows.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve customer support tickets and escalations.
• Review, process, and manage LSRs, LOAs, COBs, CSRs, LIDB, CNAM, E911 records.
• Read Local Service Requests to translate requirements into service changes.
• Coordinate tasks across internal and customer systems with multiple priorities.
• Facilitate daily vendor and customer calls and provide status updates.
• Investigate and resolve service issues with urgency and professionalism.
