7-Eleven is seeking a seasoned Telecom Provisioning Manager to lead a team of analysts responsible for provisioning voice, data, internet, wireless, and related services across North America.

The role emphasizes performance metrics, vendor relations, and delivering reliable service for thousands of store locations, corporate offices, and distribution facilities, with strong cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant telecom provisioning or operations experience.
• 2+ years of management/leadership experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and assign work for a team of Telecom Provisioning Analysts.
• Establish, monitor, and report on KPIs and SLAs.
• Oversee provisioning operations for a geographically dispersed retail environment.
• Act as the primary escalation point for provisioning, carrier, and service delivery issues.
• Coordinate installs, moves, adds, and changes with carriers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain ServiceNow, TEM, and carrier portal records and documentation.
• Partner with Retail Operations, Infrastructure, Security, Store Technology, and Project teams to support store openings and deployments.
• Drive vendor accountability and continuous improvement initiatives to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
