ViaPath is seeking a Telecommunication Technician 3 (Site Admin Technician 3) to join the Field Services team. You will work largely independently, providing remedial repairs, preventive maintenance, and system reliability services at client sites across the territory.

Based at client sites with travel to others as needed, you will handle telephony hardware, networking, and basic troubleshooting, while maintaining professional customer relations and ensuring service excellence.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–4 years of related experience.
• Proficient with Windows OS, MS Office, and related software.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as ambassador for ViaPath and demonstrate service excellence.
• Manage service of ViaPath products at customer sites and assist customers as needed.
• Plan, prioritize, and update on service calls and escalations.
• Interact professionally with customers and maintain positive relationships.
• Replace telephony hardware and network components; install devices and wiring.
