Job summary

ViaPath Technologies is seeking a Telecommunication Technician 3 (Site Admin Technician 3) to join the Field Services team at client sites in Stafford, VA. This position will be based on the client site with potential travel to additional sites as needed.

Under supervision, you will perform remedial repair, preventive maintenance, and system reliability services, including kiosk service administration and basic troubleshooting of telephony hardware and network components.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2-4 years of related experience.
• Experience troubleshooting and defining problems using data.
• Proficient in Windows OS, MS Office, and related software.
• Telephony and Networking experience including copper, CAT5/6, fiber.

Responsibilities

• Serve as ambassador for ViaPath at customer sites.
• Manage service of ViaPath products at assigned sites.
• Prioritize and plan service calls.
• Replace telephony hardware and network components.
• Administer kiosk service and collections; deposits.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity with support teams.
