Job summary

ViaPath Technologies is seeking a Telecommunication Technician 3 to join the Field Services team in the Las Vegas area. You will repair, maintain, and ensure reliability of ViaPath systems at client sites, with independent work under supervision and travel to additional locations.

Based at client site in North Las Vegas, NV, with travel to other sites. Overtime and field calls are expected; strong customer service and technical skills required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2-4 years of related experience.
• Proficient in Windows OS, MS Office, and other software.

Responsibilities

• Provide remedial repair, preventive maintenance, and system reliability services across assigned sites.
• Serve as ambassador for ViaPath and ensure service excellence with customers.
• Prioritize and plan service calls, communicate updates, and escalate when needed.
• Replace telephony hardware and network components; pull wiring and install devices.
• Administer kiosk service and collections, including deposits at financial institutions.
• Troubleshoot basic tablet functionality, Wi-Fi, and apps; assist Technical Support.
