ViaPath Technologies seeks a Telecommunication Technician 3 (Site Admin Technician 3) to join the Field Services team. Based at client sites with travel to others as needed, you will provide remedial repair, preventive maintenance, and system reliability services to ViaPath products.

You will act as a positive ambassador for ViaPath, manage service calls, perform installations, and coordinate with Technical Support for complex issues.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–4 years related experience.
• Proficient in Windows OS and MS Office; experience with telephony and networking.

Responsabilidades

• Provide remedial repair, preventive maintenance and system reliability services.
• Serve as ambassador for ViaPath with customers and maintain service excellence.
• Prioritize and plan service calls; communicate updates.
• Escalate problems when appropriate; interact professionally with customers.
• Replace telephony hardware and network components; pull cable and install devices.
• Administer kiosk service and collections; handle deposits as needed.
• Troubleshoot basic tablet functionality and Wi-Fi connectivity; support technical teams.
