Job summary

Uniti is seeking a Manager of Local Operations to lead technicians in residential and commercial installations, maintenance, and repairs across the United States. You will oversee CO/OSP activities, ensure adherence to procedures, and drive quality through quarterly performance reviews.

The role emphasizes team leadership, HR oversight, customer service excellence, and cost-conscious operation while coordinating with public offices to maintain a positive corporate image.

Qualifications

• College degree and 5-7 years professional level experience with 2-3 years supervisory experience.
• 9+ years related technical and/or telephony experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• This is a safety sensitive position.

Responsibilities

• Manage technicians across residential and business installation and repair, CO/OSP, and related tasks.
• Monitor progress of CO/OSP jobs, inspect after completion, and coordinate job cut-overs.
• Analyze trouble patterns to reduce repeats and improve quality.
• Maintain safety records, OSHA compliance, and driver DOT paperwork.
• Collaborate with city and county officials to uphold Uniti's image.
