Job summary

Uniti Group Inc. is seeking Customer Service Technicians to install and repair residential and business communications services, including telephone, internet, and video, across the United States.

You will train with tools and test equipment, work with multiple technologies and network designs, and operate company vehicles in a physically demanding field role. You will report to the Manager of Local Operations and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with safe driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work aloft.
• Ability to respond to after-hours callouts.
• Color discrimination to identify color-coded cables.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair residential and business services including telephone, internet, and video.
• Train and use tools and test equipment to support multiple technologies and network designs.
• Recommend products and services that meet customers’ needs.
• Report to the Manager of Local Operations.
