Job summary

Uniti is seeking a Customer Service Technician to install and repair residential and business communications services, including telephone, internet, and video. You will use test equipment to service multiple technologies and networks, while recommending products to meet customer needs.

You will work in both buried and aerial plant, may require pole climbing, and must safely operate the company vehicle. Flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, are expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with safe driving record.
• Ability to distinguish colors for cable work.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and climb ladders.
• Experience with test equipment and tools is a plus.
• Willingness to work day, evening, weekend, and holiday hours.

Responsibilities
