Uniti is seeking a Customer Service Technician to install and repair residential and business communications services, including telephone, internet, and video. You will train with test equipment, favor customer needs with tailored recommendations, and work across indoor and outdoor environments while maintaining safety standards.

You will report to the Manager of Local Operations, and the role requires physical task endurance, valid driving credentials, and flexibility to work day, evening,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record required.
• Basic technology and math skills are necessary.

Responsabilités

• Install and repair residential and business services including telephone, internet, and video.
• Train and work with tools and test equipment for various technologies and network designs.
• Recommend products and services to meet customer needs.
• Work in both buried and aerial plant; may require pole climbing and ladder work.
• Safely operate and maintain company vehicle and work in indoor/outdoor environments.
• Complete required safety training and follow safety standards.
