Job summary

Uniti is seeking Customer Service Technicians to install and repair residential and business telecom services across the United States. You will train with tools and test equipment, recommend solutions, and work in both indoors and outdoor environments while maintaining safety standards.

The role involves pole climbing, driving a service vehicle, and coordinating with the Local Operations Manager. A high school diploma and valid license are required.

Qualifications

• Basic technology and math skills required.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and work aloft.
• Must successfully complete required safety training.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair residential and business telecom services (phone, internet, video).
• Operate and test equipment to support multiple technologies and network designs.
• Recommend products and services to meet customer needs.
• Work in buried and aerial plant, including pole climbing and ladder work.
• Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and follow safety standards.
• Respond to after-hours callouts and schedules as needed.
• Report to the Manager of Local Operations.
