Job summary

Uniti Group Inc. seeks a Customer Service Technician to install and repair residential and business communications services across the United States. You will train with test equipment and work on diverse network designs to fulfill customer needs.

You will climb poles, operate and maintain the company vehicle, and perform in both indoor and outdoor environments while completing required safety training. This role reports to the Manager of Local Operations.

Qualifications

• Basic technology and math skills required.
• Valid driver's license and safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair residential and business services (telecom).
• Operate test equipment and tools to service diverse networks.
• Recommend products and services to meet customer needs.
• Work in buried and aerial plant including pole climbing.
• Safely operate company vehicle and maintain it.
• Work inside and outside environments.
• Complete safety training and follow safety regulations.
• Report to Manager of Local Operations.
