Job summary

JKL Associates, a division of PUSH, seeks a Construction Superintendent (NW Region) in Dillon, MT. You will oversee projects, mentor Foreman and crews, and ensure safety, quality, and profitability while maintaining strong relationships with customers, engineers, and subcontractors.

The role requires extensive travel (100%), ability to work outdoors in all weather, and strong planning and documentation discipline. Competitive pay and advancement opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years supervisory experience within a utility construction setting or similar.
• Demonstrated field experience with digging operations around utilities and operating equipment such as backhoe/loader, excavator, cable plow.
• Ability to motivate, mentor, and lead teams; strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed safety, quality and productivity requirements for projects.
• Lead, direct, and mentor Foreman and crews to ensure on-time completion within budget.
• Staff projects, recruit new talent, and promote career advancement.
• Manage employee relations, provide recognition and performance evaluations.
• Recruit subcontractors for approval and coordinate training for personnel.
