Job summary

JKL Associates, a division of PUSH, is seeking a Construction Superintendent for the NW Region in Westby, MT. The role oversees projects, mentors foremen and crews, and ensures safety, quality, productivity, and profitability while meeting customer requirements.

Requirements include 5 years of supervisory utility construction experience, ability to travel 100%, and strong leadership and communication skills. Benefits and competitive pay accompany this position.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years supervisory experience within utility construction.
• Experience with digging operations and heavy equipment (backhoe/loader, excavator, cable plow).
• Valid driver’s license; Class A CDL preferred.
• Strong leadership, mentoring and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed safety, quality and productivity targets for projects.
• Lead, direct, and mentor Foreman and crews to ensure on-time completion within budget.
• Staff projects, recruit and retain talent, and promote career advancement.
• Manage employee relations, recognition, discipline, and performance evaluations.
• Coordinate subcontractors for project success and approvals.
• Plan and schedule mobilization, pre-planning, and change orders.
