Qualifications

• Five years of supervisory experience in utility construction.
• Must have a valid driver's license; Class A CDL preferred.
• Must pass pre-employment screenings.
• Ability to motivate, mentor, and lead teams.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed safety, quality, and productivity targets for projects.
• Lead, direct, and mentor foremen and crews to ensure on-time completion within budget.
• Staff projects, recruit new talent, and promote career advancement.
• Manage employee relations, recognition, discipline, and performance evaluations.
• Recruit subcontractors and manage change orders for approval.
• Plan and schedule projects to meet deadlines and budgets.
• Maintain daily logs and ensure proper documentation and reporting.
