Job summary

JKL Associates, a Division of PUSH, seeks a Construction Superintendent (NW Region) to lead project Foremen and crews in Oilmont, MT. This role focuses on safety, quality, productivity, and profitability while serving customers and engineers to meet requirements.

The Superintendent will travel 100% and must build strong relationships with crews, subcontractors, and customers, ensuring timely project execution and adherence to budgets. Engineering collaboration and compliance are essential.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years supervisory experience within a utility construction setting.
• Demonstrated field experience with digging operations and operating equipment such as backhoe/loader, excavator, cable plow.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed safety, quality, and productivity requirements.
• Lead Foreman and crews to ensure on-time completion and financial targets.
• Staff projects; recruit and retain talent; manage employee relations and evaluations.
• Coordinate subcontractors for project needs and approvals.
• Plan and schedule projects; monitor progress and address issues.
• Review time, invoices, POs, and required paperwork daily.
• Maintain daily project logs and report to Fleet Manager weekly.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and OSHA standards.
