Job summary

JKL Associates in the NW Region seeks a Construction Superintendent to oversee complex telecom infrastructure projects, directing foremen and crews to ensure safety, quality and profitability. The role emphasizes mentoring, staffing, and coordinating with subcontractors and engineers to meet deadlines.

The position requires extensive travel (100%), a CDL preferred, and strong leadership and planning skills to drive project success in diverse environments.

Qualifications

Five years of supervisory experience in a utility construction setting.
Experience leading foreman and crews to meet safety, quality, productivity and profitability targets.

Responsibilities

Meet or exceed safety, quality and productivity targets for projects.
Lead and mentor foremen and crews to complete projects on time and within budget.
Staff projects by recruiting and retaining talent and promoting career advancement.
Manage employee relations, recognition, discipline, and performance evaluations.
Coordinate with subcontractors, customers, and engineers to ensure project success.
