Job summary

PUSH is seeking a Construction Superintendent for the NW Region (JKL Associates). The role oversees projects, mentors Foremen and crews, and ensures safety, quality, and profitability in outdoor utility construction across assignments that require extensive travel.

Candidates must have five years of supervisory experience in utility construction and the ability to coordinate with subcontractors, customers, and engineers. CDL preferred and strong leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years supervisory experience in utility construction.
• Experience operating heavy equipment used in utility digging operations.
• Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed safety, quality and productivity requirements for projects assigned.
• Lead, direct, and mentor Foreman and crews to ensure on-time completion within budget.
• Staff projects, recruit new talent, and promote career advancement.
• Manage employee relations, provide recognition and performance evaluations.
• Coordinate subcontractors for project execution and approvals.
• Plan and schedule projects to meet deadlines and budgets.
• Monitor project performance and take corrective actions as needed.
• Maintain daily project logs, timekeeping, and paperwork.
