Job summary

JKL Associates, a division of PUSH, is seeking a Construction Superintendent (NW Region) in Butte, MT. You will lead projects, mentor foremen and crews, and ensure safety, quality, productivity and profitability while meeting customer requirements.

The role requires 5 years supervisory experience in utility construction, strong leadership, and the ability to travel 100% and work outdoors in all weather. CDL preferred; MS Office and G Suite proficiency a plus.

Qualifications

• Five years of supervisory experience in utility construction.
• Experience with digging operations in urban and rural utility settings.
• Ability to motivate, mentor, and lead teams.
• Proven leadership and project staffing capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Meet safety, quality and productivity requirements for projects.
• Lead and mentor foreman and crews to complete on time and within budget.
• Staff projects, recruit talent, and manage personnel relations.
• Approve subcontractors and manage change orders for timely approvals.
• Plan mobilization, pre-planning, and maintain project logs.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and industry regulations.
