Job summary

JKL Associates, a division of PUSH, is seeking a Construction Superintendent for the NW Region to lead projects, mentor foremen and crews, and ensure safety, quality and productivity.

The ideal candidate has 5 years of supervisory experience in utility construction, a Class A CDL preferred, and proven ability to coordinate schedules, manage subcontractors, and maintain thorough project documentation while traveling as required.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years supervisory experience within a utility construction setting.
• Must have excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to motivate, mentor, and lead teams.
• Proven project planning, scheduling, and documentation abilities.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed safety, quality and productivity requirements for assigned projects.
• Lead, direct, and mentor Foreman and crews to ensure on-time completion within budget.
• Staff projects, recruit talent, and promote career advancement.
• Manage employee relations, recognition, discipline, and evaluations.
• Coordinate subcontractors for project execution and change management.
• Maintain daily project logs and prepare reports for management.
