Job summary

JKL Associates, a division of PUSH, seeks a Construction Superintendent for the NW Region in Bridger, MT. You will lead projects, mentor foremen and crews, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time completion while meeting financial objectives.

This role requires five years of supervisory utility construction experience, a valid Class A CDL preferred, and strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. You must be willing to travel 100% and work outdoors in all weather.

Qualifications

• Five years supervisory experience in utility construction or similar.
• Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to mentor foremen and crews and coordinate multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed safety, quality and productivity requirements for projects.
• Lead, direct and mentor Foreman and crews to ensure on-time completion and objectives.
• Staff projects, recruit and retain talent, and manage subcontractors for approval.
• Plan and schedule projects, monitor performance, and resolve issues.
• Review daily time, invoices, and purchase orders; maintain project documentation.
