Job summary

JKL Associates, a division of PUSH, is seeking a Construction Superintendent (NW Region) to lead projects, mentor crews, and drive safety, quality, and productivity across field operations. The role demands travel 100% to manage multiple sites and coordinate with foremen, subcontractors, and engineers to deliver on schedule and within budget.

The candidate will oversee staffing, scheduling, and training, ensuring adherence to OSHA standards and company procedures.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years supervisory experience within a utility construction setting.
• Demonstrated field experience with digging operations and operating equipment such as backhoe/loader, excavator, cable plow and compact track loader.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed safety, quality and productivity requirements for projects.
• Direct and mentor foremen and crews to ensure on-time completion within budget and objectives.
• Staff projects, recruit talent, and promote career advancement.
• Manage employee relations, recognition, and performance evaluations.
• Coordinate subcontractors and approvals; manage change orders and documentation.
• Plan mobilization, scheduling, and daily project execution to meet deadlines.
• Maintain daily project logs and reports, and ensure compliance with procedures.
