Job summary

JKL Associates in the NW region seeks a Construction Superintendent to lead telecom infrastructure projects across Montana. You will supervise Foreman and crews, drive safety, quality, and productivity, and coordinate subcontractors and suppliers to meet deadlines and budgets.

The role emphasizes staffing, training, and fostering a collaborative team environment. Travel is required, and you will report to the Fleet Manager with a focus on on-time delivery and cost control.

Qualifications

• Five years of supervisory experience in utility construction.
• Experience directing foremen and crews on telecom projects.
• Ability to recruit and retain skilled personnel.
• Strong safety, QA/QC, and productivity focus.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed safety, quality and productivity targets on assigned projects.
• Direct and mentor Foreman and crews to ensure on-time completion within budget.
• Staff projects and recruit/retain talent; manage subcontractors for approval.
• Plan and schedule projects; monitor progress and resolve issues.
• Maintain daily logs, reports, and paperwork; manage changes and documentation.
