Job summary

Congruex is seeking a Construction Manager I-III to lead field crews, coordinate schedules, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. You will work closely with project managers, clients, and internal teams to deliver high-quality construction services.

The role emphasizes effective leadership, operational excellence, and cost control across telecommunications infrastructure projects, with travel as needed across the US.

Qualifications

• Experience managing construction crews safely and efficiently.
• Experience in aerial and underground telecommunications construction.
• Experience coordinating construction schedules, materials, budgets, and customer requirements.
• Experience supervising field personnel and managing multiple construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate daily activities of assigned construction crews.
• Evaluate employee performance and coach direct reports.
• Enforce safety standards and company policies.
• Administer corrective actions and document performance and conduct.
• Train and mentor foremen while overseeing projects.
• Coordinate scheduling, materials, and resources with Project Managers.
• Collaborate with customers on planning, site coordination, and scheduling.
