Job summary

Congruex is seeking a Construction Manager I, II, or III to lead construction crews and manage project execution. You will oversee daily field operations, coordinate resources, and drive projects to completion safely, on time, and within budget.

You will work with project managers, field staff, customers, and internal teams to deliver high-quality telecommunications construction services while complying with company standards and customer requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• CPR/First Aid Certification preferred.
• OSHA 30 Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the daily activities of assigned construction crews.
• Evaluate employee performance and provide coaching and development opportunities.
• Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Train and mentor Foremen while providing daily operational support.
• Coordinate scheduling, material ordering, and project execution with the Construction Project Manager.
• Review and approve project invoices.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
