Congruex, a leading digital infrastructure company, is seeking a Construction Manager I–III in Littleton, CO. You will oversee field construction operations, manage crews, monitor safety, schedules, and budgets to deliver telecom projects on time and within scope.

The ideal candidate has experience leading telecom or utility construction, the ability to read drawings, proficient in Office and scheduling software, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience leading telecom or utility construction projects and field crews.
• Ability to read construction drawings, blueprints, specifications, and contracts.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and construction-related scheduling/reporting software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field construction operations and crews to ensure safety, schedule, and budget adherence.
• Coordinate project schedules, staffing, materials, and communication with customers and stakeholders.
• Lead coaching, performance management, and safety policy enforcement across teams.
